Sodtrack provides real-time software tracking solutions (the “Services”) through our App, website (“Site”), and our Application Programming Interface (“API”) to integrate with our systems as part of our Software as a Service ("SaaS") platform.

We collect certain information from (i) third parties using Sodtrack’s Services to facilitate and track the Service providers (“Service Providers”) services, (ii) using Sodtrack Services to manage information about and fulfill the Service providers services , (iii) Clients and customers of Third Party Partners and Service Providers using a customer portal powered by Sodtrack or hosted by a Third Party Partner or Service Provider (for example, to book a service appointment), and (iv) visitors to our Site (collectively, “Users,” “you” or “your”)
SAAS DISCLAIMERS
WE OPERATE A SAAS, WHEN YOU USE OR CONNECT TO OUR SITE, APPS OR THE SERVICES FOR A SERVICE OPERATED BY A THIRD PARTY (A “THIRD PARTY PLATFORM”), YOU HEREBY GRANT THE LATTER AND US, ACCESS TO COLLECT CERTAIN INFORMATION FROM YOUR THIRD PARTY PLATFORM PROFILE/ACCOUNT. WE MAY SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH THE THIRD PARTY PLATFORM FOR THEIR USE AS PERMITTED BY THE TERMS OF YOUR AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY SETTINGS WITH THE THIRD PARTY PLATFORM. WE MAY SHARE SOME OF THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU WITH VENDORS AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO WORK WITH US TO SUPPORT THE INTERNAL OPERATIONS OF THE SITE, APPS AND/OR THE SERVICES.
Types of information we store
We collect the following types of information when you use our App
1. Personal Information: We may collect certain personally identifiable information from Users, such as name, address, email address, business name, telephone number, zip code, and other contact or non-public information about an individual that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data (““Personal Information.”)
2. Device Information: We may collect information about your mobile device, such as the device type, operating system version, and unique device identifier (UDID).
3. Usage Information: We may collect information about how you use our App, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, and the actions you take.
4. Location Information: We may collect information about your location, such as your device's GPS coordinates or information about nearby WiFi access points.
5. From Third Party Partners we may additionally collect information about their current or future potential customers or clients, including information about past or future Services performed for these customers or clients. We collect information from Third Party Partners and Service Providers about their use of our Apps. Such information may include language preference, phone number, the make and model of any phone or device used to access the Apps, the mobile operating system, the type of browser in use with the Apps, IP address or other unique mobile identifiers, and geolocation data. We call this information “App Information.”
6. Analytics Information. We and our associates may collect information about how our Site, Apps and the Services are used. This data may be associated with or linked to Personal Information.
7. Anonymous Information. We may automatically collect non-personal information about your use of the Services, or our Site or Apps, through cookies, web beacons and other technologies as more fully in this Privacy Policy. Such information may include domain name, browser and operating system type, web pages viewed, links clicked, IP address, duration of visit to our Site or use of our Apps, among other things (“Anonymous Information”)
8. Information Collected Through Certain Functionalities.
a.) Sodtrack Accounts. We collect certain Personal Information from Third Party Partners and Service Providers when they set up an account through an API or through our App, such as the name of the individual registering for an account, that person’s business and personal phone number and e-mail address, the employer’s name and physical address, and any other information voluntarily provided by the Third Party Partners or Service Providers or generated through their use of the Services. In connection with establishing an account to use the Services, we require Third Party Partners and Service Providers to use their phone number or e-mail address to create a username, and also to set up a custom password, which may be changed according to the methods provided by the Services.
b.) Mailing List. We ask you to provide your email address when you request to join our mailing list. By doing so you may receive Promotional Emails as defined below. You may opt out of such emails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the e-mail you receive. You may not opt out of emails related to the operation of the Services as these may be necessary for their normal functionality.
We Use Your Information for
We do not sell, lease or rent the Personal Information Users provide to us. However, we may disclose Personal Information from Users to third parties only:
(i) As required by law or regulation or as we believe in good faith that disclosure of such Personal Information is reasonably necessary to:
1. To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud and other illegal activities;
2. To comply with legal requirements or legal processes; and/or to satisfy any applicable law or regulation;
3.To respond to claims and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on us;

Sodtrack may at its discretion use both “session” and “persistent” cookies or beacons on its Site or in our Apps:

Sodtrack uses third party payment card processors (“Payment Processors”) to process payment card transactions for purchases made through our Site or Apps. To make this possible, your name, payment card information, billing information, address, telephone number, email address and amount of your purchase are transmitted via secure (encrypted) gateway to the Payment Processors for the sole purpose of completing any transactions you initiate through our Site or Apps.
Please note that your payment card information (number, expiration date, security code) is provided directly to the Payment Processors and is stored by the Payment Processors and not by Sodtrack, and as such, it is important to review the Payment Processors’ policies to understand their information security practices.
These privacy policies will apply to the information you provide to the Payment Processors. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Sodtrack is not affiliated in any way with the Payment Processors and has no responsibility or liability for the services provided by the Payment Processors or for the Payment Processors’ acts or omissions.
